The individual nature of the projects and the high degree of personal service provided by Finura, is maintained through a series of programmed steps:
Consultation – account managers arrange a client consultation to fully understand need and parameters relating to corporate image and budget.
Finura Design – design team revert with ideas, full colour and uniform illustrations and fabrics for client to review and select.
Sampling – agreed styling and fabrics are fashioned into quality garments for final sign off and production approval.
Fitting and measuring (if reqd) – a size set of the approved style in the approved fabric will be used to measure client staff before production commences.
Customer engagement – an account manager will be provided to build a relationship with a client and their staff and understand their needs and aspirations. The account manager will also offer new designs, fabrics and Balaji uniform solutions.
